Refiere que no resultan óbice para declarar la caducidad de la instancia las disposiciones mediante las cuales la Corte decretó feriado judicial durante ciertos días para la Secretaría de Juicios Originarios con motivo de los trabajos de refacción que se realizaron en ese lapso en locales de dicha dependencia, dado que, además de que dichos feriados fueron decididos sin perjuicio de la validez de los actos procesales que pudieren cumplirse, previendo expresamente dicha posibilidad, el Tribunal tiene establecido en numerosos pronunciamientos que el plazo de caducidad corre también durante los días inhábiles y los que fueron declarados de asueto judicial, con la única excepción de las ferias judiciales.
