La Cámara Primera de Apelaciones en lo Civil y Comercial del Departamento Judicial de San Nicolás confirmó la decisión de primera instancia que declaró la situación de adoptabilidad de las niñas I. y J. G. Contra ese pronunciamiento el progenitor, F. M. G., interpone recurso extraordinario de inaplicabilidad de ley. La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Provincia de Buenos Aires resolvió rechazar el recurso extraordinario interpuesto, debido a la insuficiencia técnica del recurso y entendiendo que dicha decisión es la que mejor protege el Interés superior de aquellas.
