Sostuvo además, que la cámara omitió considerar que la actora no contestó el requerimiento a fin de que su médico especifique si la triple terapia debía ser inevitablemente de la marca importada o si podría intercambiarse con la nacional e indique si el medicamento de producción nacional se encontraba contraindicado para la amparista.
