La empleada realizaba labores rotativas en la cocina, caja y cafetería. Durante años entrenó empleados ingresantes. Todo cambió desde que llegó una nueva gerente y la trabajadora fue madre. Desde entonces empezó a ser hostigada, lo que la llevó a someterse a tratamiento psicológico por diagnóstico de estrés laboral, angustia y somatización. Le dieron licencia y cuando volvió siguió sufriendo mobbing. Por ello, demandó a su empleador quien deberá indemnizarla, en tanto resultó ajustada a derecho la posición asumida por la trabajadora, en el sentido de que resultaba imposible continuar con su relación laboral y, en consecuencia, debía denunciar la misma atento la gravedad de la injuria padecida. El objetivo del mobbing es amedrentar, excluir, apocar, reducir, minimizar, someter, consumir intelectual y espiritualmente a la víctima. Se aprovecha del hostigado, quien normalmente prefiere callar y conservar su trabajo, soportando el acoso a expensas de su salud.
