La fijación de alimentos a cargo de los abuelos se ajusta a las directrices establecidas por la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño y por la ley 26061, que estipulan expresamente la responsabilidad de toda la familia, y no solo de los padres, de proporcionarle al niño lo necesario para su desarrollo integral.
